Hi Kidino, this is awesome, learning how to do web design (html, CSS & photoshop) is what I look forward, esp. for new people like me, but design alone is not enough if you do not know how to link or how to put this web online, also thing like meta tag (SEO, I dont know what they call it), how to use or place autoresponder and those response form. This I believed for newbie like me looking need to learn. Looking forward to this coaching. Thanks
June 26, 2009
This sounds very interesting and certainly not an offer that I’ve seen done before. Will you also be covering things like adding creative videos (like the one we just watched here) or audios on our minisites to increase conversions?
Also l’ll like to know if you will go in-depth on teaching us how to maximize what we’ve learnt in the class such as where to promote our web design services? how much to charge our clients? how to outsource jobs if the workload becomes too heavy? etc…

Hi Kidino, I am really happy you’re planning a class of this nature. First and foremost i dont know anything about web design. I have been trying to search the internet for weeks now to find some help. I think i have a huge interest in Internt business. I have tried to help myself on some free website but i think iam no where near building a good one. What i will actuall like to know infact are;(1) Hw to covert documents to pdf (2)How to upload pdf or rdf to your website. (3) How to accept different kind of payments on te website. (4)What is HTML how exactly does it work. (5)How to link pages on your website. I will indeed appreciate a step by step assistance in building a standard website. I have a definete time for myself to start my internet business. Please help me.
June 26, 2009
KIDINO,
I have seen many of your videos, its obvious your very web savy, If you help a man build a car, but don’t teach him how to drive….what did the man accomplish?
You asked for what else we need…this course is mainly directed towards newbies, so may I suggest a few details that will not only help get a site up but help with their internet marketing as well?
1. Not only design template page, but also show how to create a decent sales and optin page.
2. Once created, demonstrate how to load ebooks etc. from your pc to website and link to the sales page.(explain autoresponder necessity)
3. Give links or ways to get your site into the search engines with good meta tags and keywords. (explain the importance)
4. Spend time on table creating and colums, this is one of the most difficult concepts to understand completely. Likewise, bullets for effect on sales pages are easy to see but not so easy to do when you are new.
5. Explain the pros and cons of using wordpress as opposed to regular websites, rss feeds adsense etc.
6. Explain how to monitize your website..(basics)
Im sure there is much more I could ask…but I think you will understand what I would like to see added to the course,
Ken

I would like to know how can I better use subdomains and domain folders to have many web sites under one domain umbrella:
subdomain.domain.com or http://www.domain.com/folder
Thank you.
June 26, 2009
Hi Kidino, this is something that I’m looking for.. I just need a web design with the same concept as u do, simple, clean yet it works!
What else i want to learn? – your secrets!
June 26, 2009
Kidino you tell us what else want to learn more in your course, well what I’m going to say that addition is: how can we put the knowledge acquired to work on your course. You say that there is a part of your coaching staff, forums for discussions (which nobody uses), but I would go further, I would prefer that we may contact online (with your permission and theirs) to people who have taken your course have launched and have been successful. I think this would be best to complement the videos and everything you offer in your course, and I hope this suggestion will be useful and can participate in your course for free, as you promised in your video.
Sincerely

hey, thank you for the invitation, I am interested to learn how to desing my own website, including all step, cost, etc. many thanks kidino.
June 26, 2009
Thanks Kidino.
Ditto on the first 4 points that Ken Mustain (above) would like to learn. Parts 5 and 6 can be found with a simple web search (but don’t use the evil Google, use a scraper like scroogle.org for search privacy).
Plus I would add how to create those beautiful web 2.0 designs, with rounded corner boxes, compatible color combinations and open, clean look.

Hi Kidino,
What I believe will help newbies like myself is how to design a simple website or webpage that is SEO with relevant keywords. I mean simple, clean, attractive yet optimised.
June 26, 2009
I am sooo new to this and wanted to know how to build a website, do the SEO and other advertising to get it known and out there. Dont know where to atart as well. and how to do affiliate marketing om my site as well. Thanks
June 26, 2009
Hey Kidino,
With your help and a few of your scripts, I was able (after years of trying) to put up my first website which I listed here. Not pretty but I got it up. More help with meta tags (mine is totally messed) and how to put maps and links would help quite a bit.
Of course any tricks on Photoshop is always a big help and a lot of fun…
Thanks for all your help in the past and good to hear from you again.

I really like to know how to set up wordpress.org blog using a hosting company. Thank you for this opportunity
June 28, 2009
Hi Kinido,
Welcome back…You rock! Glad to see that you are coming out with this. I’ll be glad to help out moderate IF you plan to have a forum. There’s plenty of opportunity for anyone with a desire to make some side income for design work.
What I think would be best for IM (newbies/intermediate) are:
—————————————
1.) Color selection
2.) How to get GOOD results for minimal effort (create swipe files)
3.) How to: CSS basics (fonts, borders, etc)
4.) *Wordpress customizing (easy but most people are scared to try to tackle)
*** I would keep it strictly web design related… Improving TRUST factor and credibility using web design and graphics for mini-sites
Looking forward to it…

Your class idea sounds great.
Photoshop is an expensive software program for people to buy. It can also have a big learning curve to master what it does and how to do it. I would not want to use a trial version of it. Why not use a free program like paintit.com? I think that’s the name of it.
CSS- Can be a learning curve depending on how much you cover. Are we going to cover style sheets and how to integrate them with our sites? How about the way the CSS language works such as defining elements like p for paragraph or an H1. Are we going to learn the different ways CSS can be used such as In-line instead?
Html- Important for everyone. Hopefully most know the basics but refreshers never hurt.
A previous comment was made about domains and subdomains. Great question. Understanding hosters CPanel or the htcc…access stuff (sorry probably spelled wrong) would be great.
Wordpress- there is wordpress.org where people do there own thing uploading etc.. I’ve been in many forums where “experienced” people have problems with it. Maybe that’s why Blogger is more popular at least from what I’ve come across. Or people use the wordpress.com instead.
I am not an expert webmaster. I only made these comments and suggestions because you asked for them.
Maybe you should decided at what level you want to start people at. Meaning beginners, intermediate, advanced. Just a thought.
Florida here.
June 28, 2009
Thanks for the comments, feedbacks, suggestions, ideas so far you guys. These are great. Keep em coming…
June 28, 2009
I love your idea man. I really want to learn on how to create a simple, stunning and quality web design( from a – z) so that I can make some cash with it. I also like Ken Mustain idea.
June 28, 2009
My suggestion for the class:
1)How do you transform ideas into practise?
2)How do you create ideas in the first place?
3)How do you blend multiple ideas into another idea?
4)How do you sell those ideas?
-abufaris
June 28, 2009
Ideas… like this class for example? Hmm… interesting. I have my own input but I may call in an expert for that.
June 28, 2009
I enjoyed your add to cart tutorial. Very well done.
June 28, 2009
Kinido I am impressed! The course sounds just what I need. I agree with previous comments about Photoshop. Perhaps some time could be spent on how to use Gimp or something similar for those of us not technically competent to handle or afford Photoshop.
As has already been expressed, I too am really keen to learn how to use Wordpress, in particular formating Wordpress Themes such as editing headers and adding text to headers. Maybe you could consider a further course on just Wordpress if there is sufficient interest and/or if this cannot be covered in your upcoming web design course.
Learning how to add audio and video to a website including using Youtube videos etc would also be extremely helpful for me.
Look forward to the final product.
Olwyn
June 28, 2009
Hey Kidino,
I enjoyed your button tutorial. Is was very simple and easy to understand. Overall I would like to see a good course covering the planning, design and implementation. I have been in the Web Hosting area for 6 years or so and have become very proficient in deploying web applications. This has allowed me the opportunity to learn very quickly how things are put together as far as processes and standards. Now I would love to target in on the design aspects.
As a kid I was into sketching and using airbrush, so I had a passion for designing with an old school twist to things.
These are the areas that I hope to learn a bit more and become more proficient in the following.
- Designing Mini Sites/ Sales Page(Using Photoshop & HTML)
- Basic HTML and PHP Code
- Creation of Testimonial Boxes.
- Designing Opt-in Pages.
- Learning to Create Flash Objects, Animated Text
- Creating HQ Video for Video Squeeze Page.
- Designing a Wordpress Template.
- Converting Any Web Template into Wordpress Theme.
- Creating a Simple Wordpress Plug-in.
I think by applying some basic principles and having a clean approach one can be effective and stand out with a unique but simple design.
I look forward to seeing what you’ve got planned. We love your creativity and willingness to help and educate.

Hmm…
I’m a newbie in web designing..
I’m a child have just graduated from High School this year. I’m still dummy to describe what I want to learn..
I have been learning about web building at http://www.w3schools.com since 2 days ago. It’s a great site to learn web designing. There, I can directly try what I’ve learned myself..
But learning by watching video, it’s more great thing…
So, keep going to share your knowledge…
Thanks…

I would really like to learn how to build “templates” for short style squeeze / landing pages… that have big, bold, high color, graphic areas that I can then reuse to put copy on top of the graphic color areas for many different individual pages.
June 29, 2009
Would like you to cover the basics of good design for the web. Concepts of color, shape, position on page, fonts, etc.
June 29, 2009
I would like to see the workflow of doing an actual webstore with Web 2.0 graphics. From Photoshop or Gimp. Most people need to know how to develope good habits in naming folders as well to help with SEO or Google. If you can show us the work flow using other pieces of software like Fireworks or free software so one can get a store up and running that would be great. If the person just wants minisites then a few Buy Now buttons from paypal might be all they need. Most want to do 3 to 8 products catalogue style. Then along to way of training show where the good habits will help them market their site. Most people make a mess of the files and can’t make the graphics and html work to build confidence in the buyers they are trying to attract. It should all work together as one workflow. Or they don’t know how to do article inserts, links or keywords on their site to attract the search engines. That is what I would like to see in a tutorial. A complete Photoshop Web Store for web 2.0 workflow tutorial.

How about the following for design.
Create amazing headers and background. Animated buttons with rollover effects.
Making custom opt in box and integrating the fields with the HTML forms from the autoresponders (aweber and getresponse)in an html editor and in wordpress or even in a web 2.0 properties.
Make dynamic menus.
Optimization of graphics through resizing and slicing to make websites come up easily.
Be able to integrate video into your web design.
Create custom web 2.0 graphics in photoshop.
Create simple contact us forms and perhaps surveys.
Once the design is mastered, how to implement the designs in an html editor like dreamweaver or xsitepro, and of course wordpress.
Integrate shopping carts, paypal and other merchant services.
Learn how to protect and deliver your products.
Learn about proper design and themes to increase conversions. Where to put the opt in where to put graphics and how to break up your text with graphics to increase stickiness to your sites.
June 30, 2009
I appreciate the fact that you are not over-selling this training as most online marketers do.
The problem I am having learning any of this is the lack of a curriculum when it comes to learning/teaching how to do stuff online. I would recommend that your training have a specific objective and that participants understand what the “end game” is. There is is such a mess of information online, trying to “learn” is tough for the “technologically challenged.”
So, please. Let your students know not only what they will be learning but WHY and the practical application of the WHAT, HOW and WHY. In other words, show us how to turn the “skills” into real life results for our businesses. I think you will develop far more long-term students if you take the learning process this one-step further…which no one does these days.
I hope this input is helpful for the development of your course materials. You seem to be sincere in what you are doing, unlike many others online these days.
Thank you.
June 30, 2009
The biggest thing I’d like to learn is how to create opt-in forms that aren’t huge and splash pages that work when people want to buy my products. I’ve tried several versions and can never get the links to go where they are supposed to. Very frustrating.

I think this might be a good training course for some of our designers here at http://www.BolderDesignGroup.com
I like some of your squeeze pages. But I’m really interested in learning some of the latest cutting edge tricks being used today.
Looking forward to it.
June 30, 2009
That will be really wonderful as it will speeds up my business permanently as I pay my blood to those blood suckers designers,
Also I am really like doing every thing by myself so I can do what my vision shows me,
So I will be interested in learning all what I can also you will have my full attention because when I know that if I didn’t concentrate I will be paying thousands of dollars to other designers so don’t worry about concentration.
Also I would be happy to provide you with testimonial.
Remember I would like to learn every thing I can, but especially CSS
Thanks

June 30, 2009
Hi Kidino,
I like the topics that you plan to offer in your course. I know very little little about website creation and I am not very much of a techie. Do you think that even I can learn all this and use webmarketing to make a living? I have been following your stuff online for over a year now and so far I’m impressed. I look forward to learning more.
Thanks
June 30, 2009
Kidino I NEED this class… I lost my job last November and am trying to learn how to get started with an internet business… My house is being foreclosed and bankruptcy is looming… If I can learn and get a successful business up and running, I will sponsor someone who NEEDS to take the class for free on your next offering….
June 30, 2009
Great program. I’m always interested in web desain though I don’t know much about it. In this course I think you should teach us also about getting around with wordpress theme. How to build our very own WP theme from a free template. Oh that would be a very nice skill, since many great free themes out here but don’t match with our taste. I seriously eager to join this course.
June 30, 2009
I basically need to learn EVERYTHING you are describing as I am definitely a newbie! Promises, Promises, Promises is ALL I ever read about in the emails I receive daily. I have spent mucho money on different promises and still have nothing to show for my time and money. I pray you are on the up and up and can deliver to someone like me who only knows wordpress.
Thanks…..Crystelle
June 30, 2009
Hey Kidino,
Great course you’re putting together but here’s the deal. I’ve been promised cool tools and design strategies before. I’m so tired of shelling out hundreds for everybody’s course that promises to deliver something spectacular than what the other guy’s doesn’t. Since becoming an entrepreneur I haven’t had the success I hoped for from so many internet gurus. So for me to take the course I would need the following:
1. A fool-proof, techno-phob, easiest way to learn step-by-step process for how to set up a mini-site that makes me money.
2. A course taught in plain lay terms.
3. After the course is taught, maybe a follow-up session or two to check progress and iron out the kinks.
4. When we’re done don’t leave me by myself.
Kidino, I’d love to take your course free or paid but I’m kinda “sales lettered” out by all the other stuff floating around the net. Having said that, if I can learn and use your stuff, not only will I be your biggest cheerleading salesperson, you can be assured ANYONE can learn and do it too.
thanks!
June 30, 2009
Kidino,
Thanks for all that you do. I really hope that you continue to give the essential content needed for the newbie, like me, to learn from you the necessary steps to build a successful website.
June 30, 2009
Hi Kidino,
I am a newbie in Web-Design and On Line Marketing, and a basical course on how to create a web page will be very, very usefull for me.I do not intend to become a prof.,but I need some basically knowledges
I think this might be a very good training course!
Thanks!
July 1, 2009
I would like to suggest that let the course be bifurcated in to two part – Part 1 for the beginners(targetting people having only basic computer skills) and Part 2 for the mediocore-to-advanced level. Think such bifurcation should immensely help the two distinct categories instead of the learners not being able to catch-up resulting in the Part-2 category suffering. Part-1 guys can always upgrade in any case to complete the learning curve quickly which is in their own interest. Also pl consider course fee structure accordingly – anything above $150(?) may be facilitated for 2 to 3 instalments, so as not to pinch the pocket.
July 1, 2009
Iwant to WIN, I want to see the photoshop side of things, I’ve seen so many photshop tutorials for wbe design now, I’ve just become plain confused.
July 1, 2009
Kid,
To be frank, I would rather pay someone at Elance to design what I want and in the meantime get busy with building business e.g. marketing.
Now, I’ve read MOST of the other comments here and I understand where they come from so I’m going to give a ‘thought problem’ to consider:
“What is the single, most important thing that hold you back from building your business?”
I guarantee the answer is not, well, um, design?
Maybe it is but IS IT REALLY? Some dude just promote me 90minutes webdesign and I don’t see any excuses for the rest of us not to move forward and break through our constraint.
I am convinced that it is important to identify out biggest constraint and break through them before we can move forward. And maybe your biggest constraint is web design. I don’t know. But I know one thing for sure – Kid is not going to make me a winner
To Breaking Your Biggest Constraint!
Have a Nice Day

I would like to know:
How to create a converting squeeze page
How to set up a page so that people have the option of watching the video, listening to audio or just downloading my info into PDF. I’ve seen it done on other sites and I really like it.
I would also like to know how to set up a page that captures my affiliate link code properly. I was watching a video somewhere and they were talking about Iframes for this. I thought I could just make a text link, but I keep hearing about these Iframes and would like to know how they work.
Thanks!

What about showing folks how to incorporate Google Analytics? Also, a list of free online resources, such as gimp, background image creators, sources of free stock images (I know TOO many people who grab something off Google images and don’t understand the complications of copyrights), free Adobe brushes, free fonts, etc. etc. There are lots of great free resources available to people that they may not be aware of.
Thanks!

Hello Kidino,
Top of the day to you.
Really appreciate your kind heartedness towards the lectures you want to unleash to would be and current internet marketers.
Part of the things i’ll like to learn is how to optimise my blog i.e. wordpress and hook it up to an autoresponder for list management and promotion of my products and services.
Also, i’ll like to know how to engage the forum for marketing and optimisation.
A step-by-step approach will be appreciated.
Best regards.

As a leader of a network marketing organization, I battle with the factor of duplication. Everything I do must be easily duplicatible by the people within my team so that I can experience rapid growth.
However, I am also a web developer on the ASP.NET platform – so I am constantly battling the urge to write custom software that will serve the need of the day.
I would like to learn how to build sites in a way that is most easy to teach to others. That way, even if my mother wants to do this, I will have a system to teach her.
Thanks!!

Any thing on Video and video skinning would be great. I have been playing with using video and would love to be able to put a video on a page with no control buttons. Would also like to be able to have a clickable link appear at the end of the video, either on the video itself, or next to or below the video. I don’t want the link to appear until the end of the video.

Hey Kidino –
I have another suggestion
What about showing folks how to set up and use affiliate accounts so that others can drive sales for them??
Thanks again for such a gracious offer and hope my suggestions can be put to use!
July 1, 2009
Hi there Dino,
.
Guess I’m a little bit late here. Most of the question has been mention here … but I will try my luck
Video tutorial are one of the best learning method that I love to use and are far more best when it really answer the question that we are looking for.
Here the things that I would like it to be cover up:-
The basic tools used :-
Software that will be used for graphic.
I understand that the very popular will be Photoshop, but if there is alternative video like using GIMP with the same end result that are much better. Since the student that bought the video might not have enough budget to spend for good software like Photoshop.Trial version will only can go as much as 30days.
Software for the HTML editing. Knowing you, I might probably assume the tool would be Xsitepro. Again if there is alternative to this is better.
The Concept and technic :
In building the website I used to run over this prob, and I guess it quite important esp for newbies.
-Color matching, the important of choosing the right color does effect on each website vs niche.
-Building from scratch what is the best size of website that shud be use. The width shud be 800px?940px?.. and teach some cool technic like auto scalable website to match the user screen.
-Obviously the cut and slice technic on PSD, and what the best way techic you use in arranging the image so that when we want to start implement on the html coding it much easier. I noticed your neat work when checking your CSS coding.
-CSS : the basis layout, the intermediate and what is the shortcut.
-Implementing video/flash. What is the best software used for web video, the coding and also shud it be selfhosted or linked from another host?.
-To make the design/webpage using the less byte posibble in sense to free up more bandwidth.
-Implementing PSD into Wordpress.
Autoresponder coding.
Guess that it for the time being.
THe last but least will be one part where you sharing and guide us in going further with this skill onto the net business.
With that I say thank u for the oportunity given.
July 1, 2009
Hey Kidino!
I will try to point out something that i think i need to know/learn more to be a better web designer etc.
-HTML/CSS
-PSD to WP process including CSS etc
-concept of designing a good website
-how to make a simple website with a huge impact to visitors
I think thats all for now and i’ll try to figure out myself too.If i win thats HUGE BONUS!
July 1, 2009

I hope its not too late for me to enter. I’d really like to learn how to use Photoshop. Most of my graphics I use Paint. You know, the one the comes with Windows XP. Some of my graphics for my site look so cheesy. It really does affect my business.
I’d also like to learn how to use CSS and WordPress. I’ve been making websites for about 10yrs now. I’m a fast learner and have learned most of what I know now from copying and pasting so much and studying tutorials.
Thanks for the opportunity!

Hello Kidino,
I’ve never won anything, but I would like to improve my design skills. The web is an intricate place to do business and the better your site or sites look the more likely someone will buy, read, or join your internet business. The free designs you give are really good and compatible with all browsers, that is what I would also like to learn, how to use html, css and etc.
I have photoshop and would like to dig deeper in design, knowing how to use each and every tool and trick!
Thanks for all you give!

Hi Dino,
I think my buring question would be how to take control of wordpress to do the landing pages. I think you may have a product to assist with wordpress templates already. But I would like to have an easy way to control wordpress for landing pages etc.
Thanks
Steve.

I want you to make a video tutorial step-by-step on how to earn say 100$ a day. A real clear instruction even for a newbie. A real proven method, that really gives result. Be it google adsense, affiliate, CPA or anything. But first show the easiest and proven method. So if your student start earningtheir first 100$ then they will gain confidence.
I also see that most difficult topics are:
- finding the profitable niche market
- drive targetted traffic
- monetise the webpage
Then sometimes we need to purchase another tool to help us, it’s recommended if you can make the tool available in your course, or if thats not possible than, use free tools.
Also provide time frame. because every newbie always want to earn fast, while thats not the case [or not?]
I hope this give you more picture of what I want.
